We provide local representation on behalf of commercial clients from out of state. We represent individual homeowners, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants as well. Every closing we do is managed by an attorney, and except in rare and unusual circumstances is attended by an attorney. We conduct closings at our office, however, we are available and routinely travel to conduct them elsewhere as well.
